New Direction

I have decided to put my weight loss blogs on this blog as well.. I did have a separate blog but I think that this will take less time and will be less distracting to me. My weight has stayed steady all week. Yesterday I wasn't on plan at all, barely exercised and generally had a blah day. I don't want to sabotaged myself. I need to be slow and STEADY. Today I am praying to get my mind set on working on these goals. I want to glorify God by buffeting my body and making it my slave and not being a slave to my flesh.

My weight is currently 167 and has been steady since last week. My goal is to drop by Monday by at least one pound.
