Down and up!

Great weekend overall! Chris was off and we did lots of things. Went to Kids Quest, got burned did waterslides, heard the Gospel. Made a new friend this week as Catsie spent time with us. Wonderful sermon yesterday in Acts. Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch. How much time do we spend filled with the Holy Spirit, just obeying the next thing? How much time do we spend obeying the things we know to do? Took the kids to see the new Pixar movie. It was good but we won't be buying it. Lots of wine drinking and rats in food. Also kissing. Brooke kept covering my eyes ("You don't like kissing parts.") Glad she is protecting me. I am down 1.5 lbs this week. I feel good and my stretchy 12/14 pants are loose! Love it! Starting back to school today after two weeks off for football camp and VBS. Six weeks and then two week break until new school year. Mom did well this weekend.
