Well the weekend took off with a slumber party on Friday which blended into Saturday then Sunday and AWANA... breathed a little yesterday and now back on the wagon once again!

Is the wagon ride bumpy??
I did good today, ordered steamed dumplings instead of the usual fried. Had three pieces of sesame chicken and only about 1/4 cup of chicken fried rice. considering how much I USUALLY eat, it was good for me.
I LIKE getting up at 6:30, just tired at 3 in the afternoon. What's your secret? that strong coffee your hubby makes you?
