Well my first week in my commitment has gone really well. I have been able to keep my commitments and only have to finish my home management plan today in order to reach all of my short term goals from last week.
As you can see, I am down in weight as well, which I am so thankful for. Tracking every bite is essential for me I think because I rationalize how much I really eat. A good example of this was on Saturday. I actually had about 8 points left to use for the day... I didn't bother to calculate what I was eating until the dust had settled, and I was about 9 over... after I used the remainder of my flex points for the week.
For me I must have constant accountability in order to succeed.
