Did you know that the Bible says that , "No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it." (1 Cor 10:13)

This is something that I have to daily renew my mind with as I struggle with my weight and my desire to bring this sin under the control of the Holy Spirit.

Last night God provided a way of escape for me when I was tempted to not stay within my points. I thank Him for that!
