Sugar-Free?

Ok this is my is my first Daily Accountability post. A place where I can put my goals for the day and then check back in on whether I met them or not.

I am trying to get off sugar for the next 12 weeks and see if it helps with my impulse eating. So my first goal today is to

-eat whole foods and no sugar.
-drink 4 bottles water
-plan out meals
-no grazing

I will check back in at the end of the day with my success!
