Goals for another great day!

Yesterday was a great day. Today I am praying for another good on-plan day. I also got to exercise at the Y yesterday.

Paige - I know that a cup of rice would be a lot for a 24 or 26 point day, but I have 36 points to use because I am nursing. I am not doing sugar as in chocolate, cake, candy etc. because once I start I have a hard time limiting myself to one portion.

YAY for you, you are doing great. Last night was the russian roulet, being Wednesday night supper. They had hot dogs, FRIED hot dogs ech I honestly can say it did not even look appealing. I settled for tortilla chips topped with chili and onions. That was a good fattening bowl of food all by itself.
Sugar begets sugar and starting off the day with sweet cereal or pancakes can often indicate a bad day from the get go. I am trying out oatmeal w/ honey and cinnamon and eggs w/ veggies for breakfast.
Scott is putting me on a weight training routine, hopefully that will help w/ stamina too!
