We are working through the Beatitudes in Sunday School. Yesterday we were again talking about being salt and light and also about being a light where we are. I am so moved to see what God can do through us in our neighborhood. I believe that we must go into our neighborhoods with the Gospel. I am praying for a revival in Port Royal. That God would loose the bonds of sin and He would make Himself known.
Let us not just be "good" let us tell everyone we come in contact with who He is. Do we really have any other worthy thing to live for if not this?
Another interesting point raised again was direction determines destination not intention. We can intend all day to grow in Christ, but if we don't take steps in that direction it won't happen.

Have you ever been to www.reviveourhearts.com ? Nancy Leigh DeMoss' heart is for personal and corporate Revival. She is a wonderful woman of God and had been my "mentor" for the past 5 years.
I am currently working through Seeking Him and it is fabulous!
