Sensible eating

As I ease back into blogging life, I am looking at my priorities again. Another thing that has been lacking has been my eating plan, which went out the window with my exercise plan.

This morning I have eaten a bowl of cereal and have been drinking water, which is always the first step for me to get back on track. Now I need to press on with exercise and start going down again. I have been stuck on and around 156 for awhile now.

Please pray with me for a workout partner at 5 am at the gym. I think that will help me to be motivated to get up and out. Then I can come home and compose my thoughts for the day.

I want to lose one pound a week. That would mean Nov 3rd would be the magic day for goal weight. I know that I "should" be able to lose more. But I want to lose. Since I can't seem to stick with the advanced weight loss system; I will settle for losing slowly and steadily!

Today I have to turn in the kids progress reports for our homeschool association. I also have to take mom to a doctor appointment. I want to work on fleshing out my routine on paper.
